- Sending emails to recipients who have not explicitly opted in
- Attempting to bypass authentication or reputation systems
- Violating any applicable email laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your API credentials
- Ensuring all emails sent through Trevixa comply with these terms
- Implementing proper opt-in mechanisms for your users
- Monitoring your sending reputation and engagement metrics
3. Service Limitations
Trevixa is designed exclusively for transactional email. We reserve the right to:
- Monitor sending patterns for policy compliance
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Require additional verification for high-volume senders
- Modify service features or pricing with reasonable notice
4. Liability
Trevixa provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 3 months.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' notice. We may terminate accounts immediately for policy violations, fraud, or illegal activity.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Trevixa is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
